Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BloomVox collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (name, email, role type), scripts, recordings, and notes you upload. We also collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, and usage patterns to improve performance and reliability.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve BloomVox—for example: parsing and displaying scripts, generating scene audio for rehearsal, powering memorization tools, and providing analytics and feedback. We may also use your contact information for account-related communication, such as service updates or billing notices.
3. Technology & third-party services
To deliver certain features, BloomVox may send snippets of scripts, transcripts, or audio to trusted third-party providers (for example, for text analysis or text-to-speech). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
4. Youth Studio
For child accounts managed through Youth Studio, a parent or guardian creates and supervises the account. We encourage parents to review uploaded content, manage sharing with coaches or studios, and use device-level protections where appropriate.
5. Data retention
We retain your content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual scripts, recordings, and auditions from within the product. We may retain limited records for legal, security, or billing purposes.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile information, change notification preferences, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some analytics and telemetry can be limited via in-app settings as we expand those controls.
7. Contact
If you have questions about this policy or how BloomVox handles data, please reach out via the contact page. We care deeply about protecting rehearsal materials, especially for young performers.
